The current Partnership structure was agreed in July 2007.
The structure provides a framework for partnership working across the county and an arrangement through which organisations and partnerships can be involved in and influence county-wide Partnership thinking and decision-making.
The Partnership structure is designed to allow a continuous process of review and improvement and incorporates elements with differing functions that provide direction to the Partnership, facilitate debate and consultation, implement agreed actions and monitor performance.
The Partnership Constitution was agreed in February 2008 and includes descriptions of the roles and responsibilities of the different parts of the structure.
Information on membership can be found here –
The structure diagram shows the principal elements of the Partnership structure.
There are many more organisations and partnerships in Lancashire than can be shown on the diagram and which will be members of or represented by thematic partnerships and district LSPs.
