As the responsible body, the Lancashire Partnership is committed to effective performance management and improvement of the Lancashire Local Area Agreement. Performance management is undertaken using the PERFORM management system. Briefing books and performance reports are available through this site for partners to access.
Lancashire Local Area Agreement Briefing Books 07/08
The LAA General briefing book contains all the measures within the Lancashire Local Area Agreement under a number of sections; the four LAA blocks, stretch targets and red measures. The book allows readers to view data, graphs and commentary relating to each indicator and provides the option to drilling down to more detailed performance management information. In addition we have now added to the site briefing books showing data relevant to particular districts.
